Shipping Policy

When purchasing CBD products from Maple Plus we accept all major forms of credit and debit card. Sorry, but we do not accept money orders, prepaid cards, checks, cash, PayPal or e-checks.

All sales are final and non-returnable unless your package is undelivered due to a Post Office error. Please take extra care when filling out your shipping information, as we cannot refund or replace any shipment which has not been delivered due to errors in entering your mailing address.

We ship all packages with a discrete return label marked Maple Plus via USPS. If it has been more than 3 days since your package has shipped and it has not yet arrived please check the tracking number that you received with your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes USPS takes an extra day to deliver. If the package is still not delivered when the tracking says it is due or, if the tracking status does not show where your package is, please reach out to us at contact@maple-plus.com.

At this time Maple Plus is limited to shipping all hemp products within the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii but not Puerto Rico.
